Get Started

Anyone is welcome to come in and give NOX Training a try for Free. We have introductory sessions for all levels of fitness: beginner fitness level, intermediate, advanced, and the elite athlete. 

The best way to get started is to contact us via email/phone/text and set up a time that works best for you.  Once you schedule your session you can come in and see what NOX Training is all about. 

During your free session you can expect to work hard and have fun. We will put you through a warm-up routine followed by a short workout that will give you an Idea of what goes on at NOX. Please wear shoes and clothes that you can move around comfortably and of course bring some water.
